 In an impressive display of cinematic success, the biographical film 'Srikanth,' starring Rajkummar Rao, has defied the typical challenges of an election period to draw significant crowds to theaters. This remarkable achievement comes despite a time when cinema attendance generally dips. 'Srikanth' chronicles the inspiring journey of Srikanth Bolla, a visually-impaired industrialist and the visionary behind Bollant Industries. By the end of the ninth day, 'Srikanth' had amassed Rs 22.53 crores, highlighting its strong appeal and significant audience traction.

In an interview with Firstpost, Rao expressed his connection to the character, noting, "I could definitely resonate with his perseverance, with his grit and his working nature. I wouldn't say exactly, but I could somehow relate to his background because he too comes from a very humble background. And in my life also there were a lot of hardships when it came to money and having a big dream in life and to actually achieve that dream was something I could relate to."


Director Tushar Hiranandani has been lauded for his masterful storytelling, keeping audiences engaged throughout the film. 'Srikanth' emphasizes themes of equal opportunity and dignity for all, delivering a powerful message that resonates deeply with viewers.
